What to write to us about

• Outdated exam information: please include the exam name and a link to the official notification.
• New exam simulator requests: tell us the exam, its typing speed, duration and what the interface looks like.
• Bugs: mention your browser, device and what you were doing when the problem appeared.
• Partnerships or institute use: coaching institutes are welcome to use TypingPrep with their students for free.

We usually reply within 2–3 working days.

Please do not send personal documents or admit cards. TypingPrep is not a recruiting body and cannot help with applications, results or admit cards – contact the official exam authority for those.
